They don't want to disappoint their fans, probably.

I guess Ed would rather give a half-assed performance than not perform at all. I respect him for that, because it shows his devotion to the fans.

I saw them in Wildwood and Toms River. While Ed couldn't hit all the high notes, it hardly was a half-assed performance. The energy was fantastic each night and the band sounded great. I felt it was a very good run for the band.

I'm sure you're right; I wasn't there so I wouldn't know.

I'm sorry if I sounded snotty, I didn't mean to. Areyou going to the show in October?

I just listen to the show from Werchter Belgium 2006-06-30, and I think Ed's struggling with his voice has already started. The opner All over you is not Ed at his best
On Lakinis Juice before he starts singing:Let me ride....
He says: My brother Adam are going to save my life and sing lead vocals with me.

How is Ed doing now with his throat?
I'm worried.

Yeah, his voice doesnt sound too good in the Wechter songs...

Hopefully it'll be better after he takes some rest and drinks some tea and stuff

He'll be fine. The day before Wechter, Live played their longest setlist to date. Non-stop touring for two months with extended setlists every night can wear out even the sturdiest of voices.

Lessen touring frequency and more days off will do Ed wonders.

Most likely not. It's a good two hours away and I can't afford it at the moment.

Okay, maybe he is working too much.
I guess he doesn't want to dissapoint us.

Maybe he can put some honey in his tea, that might help too.

By the way: maybe there are Dutch fans who are going to go to concerts all over the world and they can bring him any "dropjes" (that are a sort of black candy's from Holland which are very good for your throat)!

It's only an idea.

GvB.
