You can't beat the classics, like cornflakes, bran flakes or weetabix with ice cold milk and a sprinkle of sugar. Anything like cheerios are too sweet for me first thing in a morning.

I'm weird cause I don't eat cornflakes for breakfast. no.gif The small serving size of an actual cup, I don't know about anyone else, but no that can't full me. Thats just tease to my stomach, so for me cereal is a just snack. If I have it for breakfast, I'll have to have something else then it'll all just get outta control blush.gif . sad.gif

Weight Watchers is banana.gif but then its sad.gif and all over again. I'm trying but its hard. I've lost some weight, just 4 freakin pounds *whatever* but I tell myself it took me all my life to develope the eating habits I have and therefore its just taking me some time to break them. But I've dusted off my treadmill and cleared all the clothes hangers off it blush.gif cause this week, let the exercise begin!!!! kicking.gif My goal is 2 miles a day, 5 days a week. Even if it kills me happy.gif
Just kidding. Being a dead and fabulously thin would be no fun either.
