I don't suppose anyone has inside info on whether Live or Collective Soul is the headliner for this show? Alpharettta's a really long drive for me, and I don't want to get there at 6 if Live isn't going on until 9:45 lol

Collective Soul are from GA, right?

I think it's pretty safe to assume Collective Soul are headlining this. They headlined the show in MI.

Thanks for responding. This is a good point. Collective Soul are indeed from South Georgia. However, Live and Atlanta are pretty heavily connected. 99X is often credited with helping them explode into the mainstream, and Ed talks about how REM was such an inspiration, and Vic Chestnutt's from Athens, so it wouldn't surprise me to see it go the other way. But you're probably correct.

Yea, it's just a guess.

I won't spoil the setlist for you in case you're planning on going in blind like I did, so I'll just say that Live opened for Collective Soul and from the looks of the other setslists we only missed out on one song.

Great show. Ed's still mostly got it. Backing band pretending to be Live was solid. Was weird having Collective Soul be the "headliners" when Live were clearly more popular. Easily a 4 to 1 advantage in t-shirt appearances, and the crowd lost their minds for at least 6 of the Live songs, while really only "Shine" for Collective Soul. Overall, really happy I went.

In my opinion it wasn't clear who was the more popular band in Michigan. Collective Soul definitely got a loud cheer for "Shine", but other songs like "Heavy" also got loud cheers.
