Note the question to Ed was if PD and CG are "ever coming back" and he said no.

He didn't leave the door open.

He did say something like he and Patrick were “collateral damage.”

I assume the videos he has posted of him playing drums along with Live songs was a way to show he’s healthy and ready to tour. But from Ed’s one-word answer — “nope” — it sounds like that door has closed.

According to Chad Gracey, Chad Taylor started taking credit for Ed's songs around the time of The Distance To Here and this was one of the reasons why Ed replaced songs that were mainly written by CT with his own on TDTH. Has anybody seen any examples of this?

First I've heard of shit like this.

I don't believe or disbelieve anything anymore. Anything said now is just revisionist history. Like nothing that ever happened was ever true to how we believed it because they all hate the guts out of each other now. And that's the only truth they know now so it's the only truth that's real.

Maybe that is the only truth that's real. But if it is then the entire career of Live was a lie and all the things we thought were good never were. Awesome legacy. Maybe they should've spelled the band's name backwards?

Finally had time to listen to it. Interesting! Especially the old stuff in the beginning.

So Deeper is Chads favorite track? Cool.
So if Chad never claimed Eds songs were written by him, TDTH wouldnt be that Edish and would contain the rockers? What a shame.
They almost recorded the 2016 tapes? Or at the least the interviewer heard ‘em? He was so impressed. What a shame.
ECP in concert 2022/2023 almost happened? What a shame.

Very true! Now what or who was holding the original four back playing setlists like Ed recently did?
Note: although very cool for now, that ‘new’ setlist can stay for a long time too. Well at least it’s not just the hits.
