Will it ever stop? I not sure he has a case, but if his motivation was to get CT to stop posting about till the case goes to court, he’ll most likely get what he wants.

Not exactly sure how you can sue someone for libel who didn’t author the words

Not a lawyer, but if the defamatory part was words spoken by CT, I think i America you have the right to sue no matter who actually prints the words. But like I said, I don't think he has a case.

I noticed the blogs came down. How would that be lazy? It appears he’s been very busy, because his Instagram account has seriously been pared down, as well as his Twitter account deleted. Logical thinking would lead one to guess a defamation lawsuit or cease and desist order.

It's not defamation if it's true. Libel is print. Slander is spoken. For a public figure, the plaintiff needs to show intentional malice. For a private figure, a state can adopt different standards. Anyone can sue for anything in general.
