I believe that The Flood and the Mercy is one of Ed's best solo CD's and for me it definitely tops some of if not many of Live's Albums.

I'm totally with you about the prowess of that album. FATM is essentially a newer version of thumbsup.gif The Distance To Here, which I feel isn't emphasized enough for being so awesome. Following Alive, it seemed Ed really found himself on the sophomore release. This LP smokes V and SFMB in the Live catalogue.

Agreed. For people who felt Live went in the wrong direction after TDtH, it won't be their jam, but I have things I like about every Live album, and I really liked what Ed did with this one.
