The lion's share of blame goes to the person who actually wrote all the boring, happy clappy rubbish. Who knows why the band were not able to assert themselves, but I'm betting it's not because they simply didn't want to.

Didn’t CT during the time of SFBM essentially say they were happy with the music and for the fans to accept this is who they were then? If CT or anyone else thought the music was junk then they could have walked away then and kept their artistic integrity. But they signed their names and cashed their checks and toured on those songs.

That's what happens when information, opinions, innuendo, insults, loyalties, and relationships become weaponized. The vast majority of us weren't and aren't there to witness all this shit so how the fuck are we supposed to know for certain what's true, half-true, or false? Who are we supposed to believe? Are we supposed to take everyone's words on blind faith? No one's?

All you can do is watch, if you still care about the guys/band. And I do. At the end of the day if I didn't care I wouldn't be here. It'd be no effort to delete links, leave groups/forums, and just vanish/turn my attention elsewhere.

Search... The same suit is out there against Gracey and PD. Who originated the loan? Were they all aware? Is there something nefarious going on behind the scenes? Ask questions people. It's an important part of any legal argument.

Jesus fucking Christ! Wtf is wrong with Hines or the court or whoever the fuck decided to release those details!? That is a serious breach of fucking privacy, even just for regular citizens, let alone world-known musicians.

This doesn't make it right, but all that information is public and not all that hard to find elsewhere. There are plenty of websites that can provide addresses and phone numbers –– for free.

Assuming all this is legit....what kind of dumb shit is this Hines and his "advisors" for accepting these numbers? United Fiber and Data had a 117M valuation? He was involved.....he really thought it was worth that much? Straight Out of York Touring was worth 10M, at a time without Ed? Some of these numbers are just comical on the surface!

I mean, dear god, the freaking personal financial doesn't even balance!! Assets are supposed to equal liabs + equity. Total assets are supposedly 35,586,059.50. Liabs + OE = 35,492,059.50. 94,000 difference!

I just can't get over this PFS - he has an auto worth 60K with 55K of debt on it. He almost has no liquid assets, but 500K in equipment? This is like an NBA player signing a big contract and then pissing away all his money.

PD taking the job as a touring bassist makes total sense. These guys are flat out broke, and any money they have left is going to the attorneys to figure out this mess.

How utterly sad. These guys had the world by the balls 25+ years ago. What a bunch of poor decisions to get them to this point, and I'm not even talking about V, BOP or SFBM.

Just because someone is talented in one way (music) doesn't mean they're talented, or even competent in another way (business, economics, etc). It also doesn't help that the dollar doesn't have even twice the amount of purchasing power now that it did back in the 90s, but that's another discussion.

Speaking of which... I remember CT was into Bitcoin a couple years ago around when it was hovering between $50-60k, but I wonder if he sold at a loss or if he's still "hodling" at this point. Bitcoin is trading for around $16-17k right now.
