I have like all of us, been reading Chad's responses and blogs for as long as hes been posting them. While, i imagine at some point in the future original live will once again reunite.

Sincerely, i hope no one falls for the fake humility that CT wheels out evrry time he gets busted. Its always someone elses fault. Never His.

He keeps telling us he is owning things and taking accountability, but it was the record company that screwed V ed changed the tracklist on tdth, the producers held back the churchbox secret samadhi sessions.

According to CT it was Ed who wanted a lead singer bonus, Ed broke up the band He wouldnt write to chads guitar anymore, Shinn wasnt working out it was his fault. Now he knows that Chris was upset??? Please what a lousy friend CT is. No contact in years for a guy who fronted your band?

Now Hynes is the bad guy. Ok...the whole world is obviously against CT. I dont believe it anymore.

Ed has always wanted to write, record and play music, im grateful the spark is still there for Him and hope He continues to play the deep cuts.

As for CT, I will always love his solos and the work he put into original 4 LiVe records, but he has lost me and this post is a joke - there is barely a genuine word amongst it.

Also, the fact that he didn't explicitly deny some of the shitty things means he might be guilty, which's he filing under the vague regrets about mistreatments and mistakes.

Still though, there's real heart, and I appreciated the dose of love amidst the recent circus.

I was referring to the post above where it said that CT punched CAG wife.

I WAS NOT commenting about any other allegations affairs etc, just about the punching incident..

And NO CT DID NOT PUNCH CAG's WIFE! Maybe CAPSLOCK will make it clear

That was the conversation thread I was following, which looked like they were talking about the other shit, not the alleged punching incident. What Bremang said, and you replied to, wasn't what I was following.

Hey, just wanted to say thanks and in the interest of positive discourse, I will agree that it was good that CT could say nice things about a few people as you've said, some kindness in the midst of this circus is something. Hence my comment, they will probably eventually reunite.

But overall, it rings hollow to me, as you've mentioned he vaguely regrets some things - some obviously not our business but it's way too little too late and follows a pattern from CT.

Of course, I knew Bill Hynes or one of his affiliates would have to respond with more lies and rhetoric. I know anonymous emails and social posts continue to be propagated. It’s almost expected. This is what predators do. And it mirrors precisely what Hynes did to his victim when stalking and attacking her.



Bill Hynes, like he tried to do with the victim, is attempting to intimidate me.

In the meantime, I’ve been open and transparent. I’ve also accepted that I may have knowingly or unknowingly wronged others. I’m not anything close to perfect. I tried to address and take accountability in my previous statement. And I welcome remedying those issues in private conversations.

For the sake of argument, let’s assume the lies and rhetoric are 100% truthful. Does this change the end result? One where Hynes was thoroughly investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police and ultimately charged and sentenced for crimes against a young woman.

Yes, I was (wrongfully) upset or angry at persons in my past where we had legal entanglements. And yes, I faced grave financial hardships. But I’m grateful to have built an alliance and made amends with members of parties where I once misunderstood their intentions.

I also find it sad that the attempted intimidation or slander is now going after Patrick too. But, distracting as it might be, this gossip has nothing to do with the severe crimes.

Impugning my reputation, while hurtful, does not cancel-out severe crimes against the victim. It just doesn’t. Imagine the pain and fear she experienced.

Anyone propagating Hynes’ narrative or protecting him is taking attention away from the victim and supporting the felon. My point was to give voice to the victim. Hynes, of course, does not want this.

He's trying to link Bill to CTE. It's true that emotional regulation could take a major dive with this type of brain damage. There's even stories of people who are otherwise emotionally stable who just snap and kill their families and stuff like that.


But the premeditated nature of Bill stalking and intimidating that girl - if these stories are true, then Bill is fucked up in a way that can't be excused by the concussion.
