CG then comes out and expresses that he feels so embarrassed to have been a part of such a frivolous lawsuit. Initiated by who? CT

I've been saying it for years on here you guys are so often wrong and take things either literally or out of context.

Haha I'm not PD or CT, and given my lack of ability to play instruments or sing I don't think I'll be asked to join Live anytime soon.

Everytime this band dies in the ass then comes back from the dead it reminds me of my favorite misheard lyric. I've always heard the lyric this way but it's times like the present when I think its more powerful than the intended word!

Jimmy is enjoying the quieter things in life, he's married.

He did photograph one or two Live shows on the West Coast with Live, Bush, Our Laday Peace.

Aren't the court-documents from the Live vs Kowalczyk lawsuit publicly accessable?
Wouldn't those give us some indication who in Live started this thing in the first place?
