If Ed and CG are such good friends then why was EK so worried about being sued by the rest of the band if he were to try and do something by himself?

I mean... first Ed was the piece of shit for stealing money and wanting to hide CG behind plexiglass.

Then Chris Shinn was the piece of shit who couldn't remember the words and was just a trust fund baby getting by on daddy's money.

Then CG was the potential piece of shit for being a Trumper, causing problems for the rest of the band because of his politics. Or at least according to some around here he was.

Now CT is the piece of shit for being an all-around narcissistic adulterous, alcoholic, violent asshole.

Hard to know what's what to figure when any of them were actually friends post 2009.

He would still be an owner of the “company”. Just not be part of the band that plays in front of people.

So if I am understanding this correctly, Ed wouldn't have fired CT as their guitarist if they weren't planning on doing shows and maybe creating some new music right?

In other words, I am trying not to get too excited unless it truly means there will be future concerts and possibly an album or two coming out of this.

Can I get excited or are we a long way away from that?

This is exactly what I was thinking.

As for my comment on CT being fired from the band, we don't officially know if Ed has the authority to make that decision. We don't know the means that Ed has to control "55%" of live. Some insiders here may know more about that mechanism that he's referring to or how it went down. Does anyone have familiarity with this sort of thing?

Ed said he owns 55%, not 100%. So unless he's already fired CG and PD too I would assume they're still very much apart of the band going forward.

Have you ever thought that Ed's post might've been cryptic? That, he was referring principally to CT in his previous posts 'throwing shade' It was CT who initiated those lawsuits.

It wasn't until his post yesterday that he specifically named, and outed CT....When you then go back to the previous post and put it into context you then realize he was being cryptic aiming it at CT. (Generalizing by saying THEY / THEM)

Let me expand by saying do you honestly think CG or PD would initiate a lawsuit against Ed going forward? Then that answers the question of who Ed was ultimately referring to his posts about without singling them out.

CG then comes out and expresses that he feels so embarrassed to have been a part of such a frivolous lawsuit. Initiated by who? CT

I've been saying it for years on here you guys are so often wrong and take things either literally or out of context.
