Wonder if this means he bought Taylor out, or did he by a percentage from Pat and / or Gracey?

Also, does this mean that Live will get into gear with Ed, or perhaps Ed, Pat and Gracey? Maybe Pat and Gracey got together with Ed to figure this out? After years of silence there has just been a blitz of information.

Ok, so now they are all on the same page about Chad Taylor.
Did Gracey and Dahlheimer just suddenly call Ed up on the phone just yesterday after Ed’s social media blitz? They’ve all just been letting this CT thing sit and fester, sweeping it under the rug, and not communicating about it?
Just am interested now in how the firing all went down.

No. It means he fired him as the guitarist.
He would still be an owner of the “company”. Just not be part of the band that plays in front of people.

I know a lot of you were not liking him, but since Zack Loy is a real guitarist that can solo and all, think about bringing back Adam on tour and with Ed on the guitar sometimes, if they get the guitar tones right, it could be interesting...

but the guitar tone part is important. When solo, TDAOC and White, discussion were sounding like crap on stage. But let Ed heal first. He sure looks he needs it.

Ed - blames CCP and fears them suing him. Probably why he released that song as "Goose" recently.
Chad G - Wants to be friends with Ed, though Ed has not expressed the same sentiment back.
Chad T - Out of the band maybe? He hasn't said a peep about anything as of recent.
Pat - IDK, probably fishing or something. Likely keeping good with Ed if that 55% ownership thing is true.

This board has been notorious over the years for simply getting their SHIT wrong and it should be called out.

I could care less about somebody being able to solo. But if it's done tastefully and fits the song it can be special. Listen to Ian Thornley play if you want to see what I mean.

I wasn't a fan of the EP. It just didn't "sound like Līve". But considering everything that's gone down in the last 10+ years who knows what Līve is "supposed" to sound like? That's probably not the right creative spirit in which to approach things anyway if you want the best music.
