Bill, does each band member own an equal % of the Live name? Ed obviously was overruled by the other 3 when he tried to use the name during the first break up. Can't they do the same to Taylor this time around and the 3 others continue as Live if they want to?

I think we get the ol' time heals all wounds yada yada explanation in time for the TDTH/SS re-release in 2024/25. Ed needs another solo tour and album and then it's back onto Live.

Maybe CG, PD and EK stay together and change their name. Bands do it all the time. They could be New Live or since their are three of them, Thrive.

That’s Chad Taylor as well. He has at least 3 names on here.

Further. Lucia is is misguided. We can go into some facts.
1. Lucia contacted me when she was in Denver. Claiming she had a serious medical issue and needed health insurance. I PAID for her health insurance. I then offered her a job as a photographer and social media person where she was paid as an employee making a very generous salary with full benefits.
When you work for a company the work you do is considered the intellectual property of that company.
She was not an independent contractor at that point. She can claim ignorance but she fully understood the rules.
Chad Taylor “giving” her back the photos was just his desperate attempt to have a new friend.
He was the one that actually enforced the IP as most of the photos that were taken were of “his band”.
I’ve financially helped Lucia many times over the years and was very understanding to her medical issues. I have emails and texts of her thanking me.
In reality, she needs to just shut up.

If a lifetime friend and close business associate banged your wife for years would you ever have any association with him again? Can't see how CG would ever want to be in the same room with Taylor again.

Did he admit this or you have any proof? Not doubting you at all, just wondering. He did this to me on Facebook after the breakup fiasco and his name there was Taco Hardly.

It just depends on how selfless and sympathetic they feel. Personally, if my friend banged my partner for years behind my back, it's possible I might find a way to feel happy for them but I'd probably also feel rejected and disrespected - which is all based in the ego and desire for attachment. I would need more openness and honesty from them in order to have a chance at friendship. I would probably condemn my friend for becoming violent and I would need to see serious and consistent self-work before considering any sort of relationship at that point. If there's an unhealthy relationship with alcohol then that is another huge issue.
