What's Going On? Is Live Over? Options

Maybe I didn’t explain myself properly. He wouldnt publicly say this stuff. He would say it to various people. In business settings, to bankers, lawyers, potential investors. Whoever would listen to him. He would tell them “I allow these people to exist, they are all small fish swimming in my pond”. Well that kind of stuff gets back to people.
Gracey and Dahlheimer weren’t reading or paying attention to what Chad said. They became numb to a point. It was like “that’s Chad being chad”.

Well, I can understand faking it till you make it when it comes to getting investors. I'm assuming it was to the bands benefit if Chad was able to get more $ for whatever business ventures. Assuming these fabrications were effective.

If Gracey and Pat gave Taylor an extra 5% each then I don't see how this is foul play either on the face of it. Gracey and Pat have the capacity to make business decisions. Who knows what the 5% was in consideration of.

They should remove Chad Taylor and move on. Buy him out of his percentage of the band or whatever and just move on. Get the lawyers together and figure out how much he should get and be done with it.

You may as well have worked for him. You were trolling obsessively like it was your job. Chad probably couldn't have convinced the fans if it wasn't for you constantly piggybacking and adding your two cents on every single negative Ed sentiment on the internet.


You want people to get the breakup stories straight - and I might be one of the only people you can name who didn't get it wrong.

It's because of I play "cracker jack devil's advocate" and not base my decisions from hearing one side only, or letting my emotions color my judgement.

This is nothing short of sad. I don’t really know what else to say about it. I’ve never posted much here, or anywhere really, but I’ve been following this site since at least just before the V era. This is a tough one to swallow. I hope the guys find peace, regardless. Their music will always be the reason I picked up a guitar in 1994 at 13. Will never be able to repay them for that.

If Līve (as we've known it) is 100% over and out, CG should really consider farming out his talents like PD has. Plenty of singers/bands/whatever out there who need a drummer to just mothball that talent. If nothing else just do session work on people's recordings.
