If it's indeed CG, then what actually happened to him? From being the maddest at the time of the split, making comments about plexiglass and bring Ed down to now erasing even more Shinn's legacy and even Lucia, who did an extraordinary job documenting the Summerland tour and more back in 2013.

He was really nice to me 2 times in that era, signed one of my guitars, and he was to these fans in Atlantic City back in 2013. But now he gets mad publicly at fans that are not thinking the way he is. Wish him the best. to write good music againif he wants to for sure.

But that `That picture says it all `at the end really looks like pointing to CG.

CG isn't even in the picture, it's her from behind the kit. There's no incentive for CG to do anything. I think it's an extremely long shot and there's probably much more reasonable guesses out there.

absolutely....it's still a very weird situation to say the least, another one in which some band members (or former) could not be looking good. Anyway, so much more music out there to play or listen to, they make their own choices. But in the end, after being underwhelming for the last 20+ years (minus the turn), hard to expect anything good again.

I'm guessing she chose that picture because it's CT giving the finger (and has nothing to do with CG.)

Company intellectual property usually remains with the company by established employee/employer laws. She might be ignorant on how things go, but signing docs means what it means. Photographers don't necessarily give up the right to use their own photos. And it's a contractual issue, employment law has nothing to do with it. It's not necessarily illegal for Chad to give back property if he was already the owner through the agreement, we don't know the details. .....Ignorant on how things go indeed...

The first time I read it, I re-read, as the way it was worded sounded like the person who did the screwing over could have also been the same person who fixed it. Glad she cleared that up.

Just speculating here, but she could have signed a "Work for Hire" which means all her photos are property of the company that hired her. Then, when the company decided to scrub her work, she had no way to publish the photos on her own because she didn't own them. Sometimes, Work For Hires have reversion clauses where the rights go back to the photographer after a certain period of time, but sometimes they don't. It seems to me like she signed a work for hire, the photos got scrubbed so she couldn't even point to them for her portfolio, and the rights-holder wouldn't give her them back, instead opting to keep them in a vault, which is a dick move since that doesn't do her any good. Then, Chad T stepped in and gave her the rights back.

This isn't all that uncommon a practice, but if you're a "good dude" and aren't going to use someone's work, it's a nice thing to let them have the rights back.
