Have you even considered the massive hyper-inflation over the past 12 months has cut into after tax, take home pays for crews, support staff, other band/tour folks, not to mention the artists?

Just because a band is your favorite doesn’t mean you have to always kiss their asses and pretend everything they do or say is perfect and golden. I’ve seen the, “how dare you say anything bad about Līve or any of its members or you’re a horrible fan” thing going on for some time and it is preposterous. I have loved Līve for 30 years, but when they are bullshitting about something, or phoning it in, I can sure enough be honest enough to call them out on it. As Bremang mentioned, this is an online message board, meant for DISCUSSIONS of topics around a common interest. Therefore, I don’t have to “slow my roll” for shit. And that goes both ways. You can post/say what you want, I can/post say what I want, Chad Gracey himself can come in here and say/post what he wants, and we can like it, agree with it, or NOT!!!

I never once stated that I dislike CG’s stance on Covid protocol, mandates, rules, regulations etc. What I -have- stated is that I disagree with how he responds to and treats fans who question Līve’s status quo, setlists, etc (whatever else it’s been that he’s went off on). As I just stated, it’s a free world, he can say what in whatever tone he wants. Also, yes, I don’t always agree with the MANNER in which a fan asks, comments to him/in general, or comes at him with something. It’s my opinion that the way he goes about responding (at times) is NOT a good look. You can agree or not. -If you think what he spouts off about is always acceptable, fine. Go on with your bad self.

I don't know what would be the meaning of long time for you, but he looked pretty happy on stage in the Shinn era. Really glad he gets to play again on a stage. I don't know what happened so he got cut from that band even starting from TDTH, but he's a good player that couldn't shine as much as he could have.

What is more of a proper Live album about BOP than Black Mountain?

Maybe not major, I am sure I read an interview where he said the record company took all the rockers off it, and replaced them with more of Ed's songs, and that the demos were better.

Yup, Chad said in the letter than he thought the distance demo had an amazing drum track which was better than the final version, and Ed's vocals on a Don't Wait demo were his best. He also would have preferred some of the rockers, but he also liked how it turned out. But yeah, for sure not fraught with stress and problems.
