My initial thoughts…
It’s not bad. I’m glad to hear Ed’s voice & think he’s a great fit for the song.
It seems the production is bad, but I did listen in my phone. Will listen in good speakers here in a bit.
I do like it way better than Līve’s Venus in Furs cover.
Last but not least, of course I thought, “Dude, Līve is a ball of confusion too.” tongue2.gif

Interesting, currently not a single mention of this song from Live or Ed on Facebook or Twitter. I'm sure Strange Majik appreciates the promotion and support for the song. Seems like something Ed would have definitely promoted when he was riding solo.

Initially wasn't my favorite song but it's definitely grown on me the past two days. Been listening to it repeatedly. A very relevant song indeed!

Yes…. confusing!
What is keeping him from saying something on social media? I’ve puzzled about this until my puzzler is sore. Again I wonder, did he sign something keeping him quiet? He likes others posts, and that’s it. This, coming from someone who, when riding solo, used to even interact with fans through the comments.

So while for years Live has been talking about having 5 new songs ready to go, and writing a new album, Ed was actually writing and recording a solo album in 2018 with covers and a new persona despite having tour plans with Live.

I wonder if this song was meant for Ed's solo album, and it's release, means the solo album is a dead project.
