My New Mix of Mystery, The Duet with Daughtry was good but... Options

Like many people, I loved the new duet version of Mystery. However, like many people, I very much missed the background lyrics at the end of the song..."Heaven is one..."

Well I did my best using the original CD version and the new mp3 version to add that part back into this new mix. I hope it sounds OK. If you like it, great...if not, I tried ...I worked with the audio we have.

But I really missed that part so maybe this will fill a void for some people.

I think its pretty good for not having the equipment and not knowing how it was recorded. Way better than I could ever do

I love it. Only prob i have with it from 3:25 on wards the two instrumentals from each version clash making it very, well just a bunch of music jammed together. HOWEVER up until then the part heaven is one so why beleive when you can see it for yourself part is very clear and not over run. Well done.

I know what you mean...if I had the "voice only" track from the original, it would be flawless and sound perfect...unfortunately, we only have the CD track so there is naturally some clash. I tried to take out the part where it really started, but that is where the "why believe, why believe" is and I really like/missed it. So I thought the clash was small enough to deal with and you also get some of the good Ed vocals from the original that don't clash. The final verse ends up where it belongs without instruments because I was able to cut it right after "see it fooooor yourselfffffff". Well like I said it was the best I could do with what we have. Maybe if we just had that voice track....or someone that can sing it very close to the recording...we could do another one.

Dont get me wrong, i loved it and the clashing of the tracks is minor. Just thought id post an honest view on it. But i give it 10/10 for effort with equipment on hand.

I just wish we could make a perfect one...but since we don't have that voice only track...or someone to record it...I guess this is all we got.
