In the auction livestream, Chad G said they had a light 2020 planned and all the bands going out now are doing rescheduled 2020 tours. Live was planning to write a new record but that didn't happen. Live has stuff planned for 2022, and may do some things toward the end of 2021.

Chad is in York. Talked to Chat T and Pat while in town. Spoke to Ed yesterday on his birthday.

Chad "did not like the second drummer thing."

Live backed out of Aftershock because they were going to play the Arizona State Fair the next day, but the fair got cancelled.

Stuff planned for 2022 could mean SS outtakes and merch.

I'm not hopeful for anything beyond that at this point. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I wonder why Live backed out of the festival in Virginia?

Too bad the making a new record plan failed, again.

Ha! No shit. I wouldn't imagine the guy who was so anti plexiglass would be pro 2nd drummer.

I'd be interested in his thoughts on the Local717 EP or the whole Loyve thang.

I'd want to know if we, as fans, should ever hope to hear new original rock from the original 4 guys locked up in a room and hashing shit out or if that's something that only has a place in history now.

Didnt they have a 2nd drummer because he hurt his hand? Seems like a weird thing to complain about when he couldn’t perform really.

I'm pretty sure Robin Diaz stayed on until the end of that tour even after CG fully healed, so that could be where this is coming from, but Clint Simmons has been doing "percussion" since 2019, so who knows. I don't think it's necessary, and actually sounds like crap in certain songs, so hopefully we've passed that era.

I wonder who makes the call on that stuff in the band. I guess it's not CG given that comment.

I can not find a proper thread to post a couple of my thoughts about the last years, so here goes.

A couple of weeks ago I suddenly stumbled upon LC on the radio, which is quite a rarity here in Russia. And it suddenly came in waves (like a rolling thunder or whatevs): I suddenly changed my view on the situation.

I can not say who I support in 2009-2010 stuff anymore. And I switched. I suddenly think that Ed was totally right. He never said an ill word about the band, only calling the musicians "individuals", which had probably been advised by someone legal) and all those money-grabbing stories could also have another side of the story. Ed could have not asked for more money, he might had gotten LESS than the other guys.

I dunno how and why but this all occured to me and I decided to share.

The question is, when will we hear from Ed?

Is this the longest point in Live's history that he has dropped off the map?
