I assume we will get SS merch, and outtakes next year for the 25th, but do you think we get actual shows or new music?

I still don't understand what is the holdup with Ed's solo album. With the band inactive, this would be the perfect time to release. It just doesn't make sense.

And it’s not even as cool as it used to be. Whoever ran it before used to throw in free stuff. I got a free copy of Radiant Sea with a T-shirt order. And a band logo sticker & a Līve Xmas stocking for free with a Christmas ornament order.
No freebies anymore.

I’m worried they are done & aren’t going to tell us until they make some coin from the SS anniversary. Perhaps they (or maybe just Pat?) can tolerate 1 more tour with pretty much the same setlist. I really hope they are ok with each other though.

There is very little to suggest they are a “band” behind potentially playing a couple of festivals with the same setlist.

It seemed like Chad and Ed hadnt spoken between March and that swami interview, which I think was in January. They seemed like they are on fine terms but a little weird for business partners and friends to not speak for that long, even if it’s just to make a mutual decision not to create anything together.

Half tempted to but the physical cd of Throwing Copper that was updated for the the 25th anniversary. And someday when I’m rich I am going to buy the platinum Throwing Copper album to hang in my house or office.

Also, anyone else notice that the cd of V is sold out? I figured anyone who wanted one of those would have had it by now.

Well my dream concert billing of Līve and Alanis Morissette is not happening in 2021. She’s hitting the road this summer with Garbage and Liz Phair.

Alanis is killing it these days - her latest songs are very personal and super catchy. Hell, I just checked out her youtube page and she's doing collabs with willie nelson now? She turned her Jagged Little Pill album into a play. Where is the Throwing Copper Play or V docuseries?

I also echo everyone on the Merch emails. Why should I buy merch when no one will know the band on my shirt because they haven't released anything relevant in 20 years?

I love Alanis and will see her in concert this year. Her last few songs, the Willie Nelson song i'm not loving though.
