By the way, Live should totally write a song called Stream.

Right? This iteration of the band literally birthed itself in the form of a live streamed NYE show, and they were saying how awesome it was to be able to the stream it for the fans. Not that I need more livestreaming, just sayin'.

It all makes little to no sense. I do believe Ed seems uninspired and not particularly motivated to do anything with the band until it's in-person.

As a fan of their music, the fact that they aren't working on new songs is disappointing, but the reunion has been worth it to me, just for the large scale tours in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

I'm grateful we got the EP in 2018, my son loves "Love Lounge", and I still listen to "Be A Giver Man" on repeat.
Getting Susquehanna in 2019, was a nice surprise as well. It is one of my fav Live songs from any era.

In 2022, we will get the Secret Samahdi outtakes, and that will be awesome.

I would love a brand new song/album, but I just don't know if it will ever happen.
Hoping for some shows in 2021, and a huge tour in 2022.

How is Ed going to deal with requiring live streaming with Ticketmaster if he doesn't like it? I wonder if he'll mind that much.

Virtual concerts and live streaming an in person concert from a venue are two different things.

One thing that wasn't explained in the Zoom meeting was the level of involvement in Swami Select by Chad and Ed. Is the rest of the band involved in this company? Is Live lending their name to the product just a licensing thing (like the Throwing Copper beer) or are they investors in the company?

While watching the meeting Ed said a few interesting things about their 2021 touring plans. I will need to re-watch the stream (hoping the stream is available on YouTube soon) but did anybody else pick up on anything?

I'm eager to watch it on YouTube too. So did the guys mention anything about the Under the Southern Stars concert here in Australia in April/May? International artisits have been granted exemption to enter Oz. I'm still holding out hope.

One thing you'll learn over time is not to believe everything the UTSS promoter says / writes. I can safely say Ĺīve, 100% , are NOT coming to Australia for this.

They only mentioned the Aftershock Festival in October.

Does this not bother anyone else that they can hang out on Zoom at 4:20 to smoke a doob, but not do anything online musically oriented for the last year? Total weirdness.

Perhaps the reason they haven't been able to do anything online musically oriented for the last year is because they've been hanging out on Zooms at 4:20 to smoke doobs for the last year.

Idk... do we really trust a substance that has been known to turn even the most motivated and active people into slobbering couch potatoes to be a source of inspiration to a bunch of guys who are already slobbering couch potatoes before the puff puff give?
