I think it's because Pillar of Davidson has a very emotive quality to it, and that intense "locking horns with the stallion" vamp at the end is truly spectacular. It's a much, much better song than Lightning Crashes in my book.

Gotta be Dolphin’s Cry.

I played this song in the car every morning on the way to work/school for probably what was the entire school year. My kids always acted like, “Aww, mom!! This song again??!!” But now I find it on my kids’ playlists in the middle of rap songs, and they are looking to go to a Līve concert with me, whenever we can again.

I’d still love to see Līve try closing their set with Freaks, though. I think it would be super cool.

I mean... it might be The Dolphin's Cry.

But equally, it could be Freaks.

I'm gonna go Freaks. By a whisker. And even then I could be kidding myself.

This is a tough one, as neither song does anything for me, although TDC live is much better than the album version.

I'm going with The Dolphin's Cry, mainly because I skip Freaks every time it comes on since ~2000.

My vote is for Freaks.

Both songs are good but I would have both somewhere in the middle of my list of top Live songs. I gave Freaks the edge because if I were choosing one to listen to right now it’s the one I’d prefer. But I won’t be sad when we learn that TDC wins with 90% of the vote this evening.

I'm going with Freaks. While I love TDC, I'm a little burnt out on it. Freaks doesn't get nearly enough airtime these days.

Freaks is a very funny but dark at the same time song, unusual for them. It gets my vote.

I *love* TWAIT. If it was TDC vs TWAIT, I'd choose TWAIT.

I'm guessing there won't be any songs from The Turn in this tournament, which is a bummer. Hope I'm wrong.
