Dam at Otter Creek.

Best opening song ever. When those opening chords ring out as the sun is setting and you're outside to enjoy the scenery, there's nothing better. The first time I saw them live on the TC tour at the Gorge in WA and that intro rang out, it was the closest thing to a religious experience I'd ever had, and my obsession with them truly began.

JEALOUS!! They cut DAOC at show I attended last summer. I wanted to see it so damn bad. cry.gif Never had the experience seeing it as an opener. Might have swayed my vote, if so.

TDAOC....lucky enought to drive 12 hours to see the AC show and hear it at least one time live. that buzzing sound at the beginning before the opening guitar notes rings. Chills. PLOTR is where Pat can shine, or at least was shining.

I go with TDAOC

Hmmm, tough matchup. Love both.

The Dam at Otter Creek.

It's a different animal.

I'm assuming you already watched the AC video that Live posted, but it starts with DAOC. It's better than nothing?

... and here's one from 1995 just to show... time?

Surprised me. I thought the voting population was a bit more filled with casual fans and TDAOC’s association with Throwing Copper would pull it to a comfortable victory.

Also looking forward to the next voting, I enjoy this and the mental analysis I go through each day in choosing. Thanks for brining this here.

Thanks for the links. They killed it at AC. Ed sounds (and looks!) exactly the same as 1995.
I have not watched the AC show yet, because I was so disgruntled with that tour, and the set. But after seeing DAOC, I’m actually inspired now to watch the rest. thumbsup.gif

Can’t believe PLOTR won the matchup! See y’all Monday.

I was going to post the setlist of the show, but I think it's better if you watch it and be surprised. It's only ~45 minutes, but it's all Live songs, so that's nice. It's also shot pretty well IMO, so that's a bonus.

Still salty on this one lol

Can someone explain to me why they think Shit Towne is the better song over Rattlesnake? I just don't see it and I'd love additional insight. I know it's opinion and all that, but opine away!

Also, to be fair, there are over 200 responses on average per poll on the FB page. Their votes significantly outweigh ours, so there is that. Maybe they're all from PA, and ST speaks to them more than Rattlesnake.

You are killing me with your one reference in the reverse order here, Nick. Why did you flip the order of only the fifth one? omg.gif

Also, imagine a setlist that includes all the losing tracks. Sigh.
