There are drugs that would allow him to sing 30, though maybe not with as gay a falsetto as he’d like. If he can do only 12, he isn’t trying hard enough, or has a weak medical team.

like what, TRT, HGH, and adderall? Prescribe Ed the medicine he needs, and don't say coffee!

If it’s just an occasional performance then I’d definitely load up on prednisone and possibly also Toradol and a stimulant such as Adderall.

LOL - rare headline set in a club and they do the basic 12 song, 65 min set. Didn’t even play Top, even though it’s rehearsed?! I mean, could have been worse in so many ways though (ie opening with All Over You, acoustic encore, etc.). So glad I didn’t bother trying to get a ticket.

There was a second setlist on stage (next to the main one).

That 2nd setlist looks more like a list of alt songs that have been rehearsed and could be subbed in easily, assuming they couldn’t fit the Altimate video screens in the club. Reminds me of how the GNR setlists looked over last couple years. Can’t see them opening with The Distance or closing with 4 songs that are mostly Ed solo acoustic. Would assume the bottom 5 songs are encore possibilities and the middle 4 are probably for mid-set since they’re more deep cuts.

It’s frustrating though - if they have this many songs rehearsed, including Waitress and Hold Me Up, why aren’t they playing them?

This setlist is immensely better than what they've been doing for most of this tour. At this point, I don't think they want to or are even capable of going more than 12 songs. If they eventually got back to 14, I'd consider that an epic Live show nowadays.

This wasn't part of their Alt-imate summer tour. This was a stand alone headline show where people came just to see them. Anything less than 17 songs minimum is cheating the fans of their hard earned money.

I'm sorry but that show sucks, the setlist has sucked for two years, and their current product sucks. Live used to be game 7 every single night. Now they are more like a preseason game where none of the starters even play.

I’m surprised to see Hold Me Up on the list. I can’t believe they’ve actually lifted a finger to rehearse it. That’s my burning question for Līve... WHY have they not played that song once since releasing it as a single? What are they afraid of?

It’s all a complete joke and insult to real fans. Don’t play a headline small venue show with 12 songs. Give me a break. The lack of appreciation is amazing. They haven’t done anything relevant or impressive, with this lineup, for 20 years and yet the fans still support them. Shame on us.

Maybe that was a wishlist placed on stage by a fan (based on the folds) for the band to see or the set for a practice session prior to the show for future shows.
