I saw those this morning. Those are just clips of songs and IMO, not the same as an FB live stream that dangum for sure would have grabbed. I felt (hoped) this kick off show was something really special. I had a little voice in my head that, “Nah, they won’t deviate from anything this last summer.” The little voice turned out being right. It wasn’t anything special. SIGH

Hey, at least I don’t live in LA and would have driven through that gnarly traffic to get there between 3-5 pm for the 40 available wristbands to get in. bomb.gif

This show was a tour kick-off celebration aka "tour launch event" -- I don't believe they advertised it as anything other than that.

Then, we shall continue to see it from different viewpoints. It was a tour event -- nothing more, nothing less. The other side of the coin is that they could have easily chosen to not broadcast any footage.

In the end, it really is nice that Live (and Bush) did this event. If you look for the positives, there are many. Choosing to focus on the negative aspect is something that runs rampant and permeates too many threads within this discussion board... and is better left to the usual cast of pouters, which does not include you, Voodoo Lady rockin.gif

Live's was a segmented, mobile phone recorded, portrait orientated video that's going to disappear in 24 hours.

There's a picture of CG's kit on Live's twitter page and he's using a DW kit. I wonder if he's repping DW now instead of Pearl, or if this was just a one time thing? Guess we find out in May.

I'd say it's safe to say that's at least the 10th time Rodman has done the stomp with Live. He knows the routine too.
