Like the news about the TC release. Glad they are putting out the whole Woodstock show and adding more TC era songs. We Deal In Dreams and Susquehanna (in a way) have already been released so I'm hoping the extra tracks are something totally new.

I really like the concert lineup and want to see this show but the local date @ Meadowbrook is killing me right now. That's a tough weekend for me to make it to a show.

The tour is listed as Live and Bush co-headlining. Has anyone seen anything about the performance order? Wondering if they are rotating or if one will always cap the show. Last year Bush rotated the headliner with STP and The Cure.

CT said that they will be rotating from show to show.

I assume this goes without saying, but is it confirmed that TC and Sixteen Stone will both be played in their entirety? Or are they celebrating the albums by playing deep cuts from them mixed with songs from other albums?

They didn't really only play 6 songs, right? Why would Chad pick a concert with only 6 tracks for the reissue.

I would be fine with it if we got the video of the set and remastered live recordings of Dusted and Cheetah.

Because it’s done faster with less songs? hehe.gif

Just kidding, but a bit surprised too. Guess it was just a damn good performance. You can watch it, or at least a part of it, on Youtube. Haven’t seen/listened to it for quite some time.

Also, remarkable how they did a festival and only played new songs, nothing from their past! I can’t imagine them, or much other bands, doing that anno 2019. On the other hand, it proofs how much they felt they just wrote their absolute best work.

Wouldn't surprise me if "Disc 2" had the six from Woodstock along with all the single B-sides - Glastonbury performances, acoustic versions of Selling the Drama and I Alone, the remix of White, Discussion. Would be nice if they could license Supernatural for this (it's been on other compilations/singles, though mostly for Samadhi, I suppose), and a clean version of Dusted would be great.

Feel like playing both albums in full would have been mentioned in the announcement if so, would potentially sell even more tickets than just a 25th anniversary tour.

Can anybody find a ticket price range for any of the shows on the tour? I hate how Live Nation and Ticketmaster usually don't provide until the show is actually on sale anymore. Sometimes people like to make decisions ahead of time!

Either way, I haven't seen Live or Bush since 1999 so I'm excited (and feeling old).

I’m kicking around going to New Orleans on 7/30. It’s an outdoor venue and hey, I’m getting old and did not fare too well last summer in the heat. At least I have a week before presale to decide. Does anyone know anything about Bold Sphere Music venue there? Is the “floor” general admin? I can’t tell by the description on the venue’s Facebook page.

If you look at other shows on sale on Ticketmaster, Bryan Adams has reserved seating in front of the stage and then a standing general admission section behind the seats. However, the only other show on sale is Anderson .Paak and that's entirely GA, so it looks like a toss up.

and another year with a snub of Phoenix.

I know, Tucson is on there, but I have no way of traveling 2 hours there and 2 hours back just to see a show. Bummer.

Thanks for the info! I’m still kicking it around... It’s an 8 hour drive for me and would have to find a sitter for 2 days and all that stuff. Sigh.
