Don't know what ecactly (production, guitar sound, speed) somehow reminded me of Vinestreet. Also, to me the snippet sounds like a certain part of rhe song (intro) that is repeated two times, but maybe my guess is wrong.

You are right! I think of Vinestreet at times too. Listening to the sample loud it is much more powerful and soulful than the Sanctity of Dreams; that gives me hope. This might be the outro and not the intro.

Huh. That's probably among the last songs I would compare it to. It's just a clip I guess, but I'm still hearing an 80s type influence in the melody and the drums. It definitely doesn't sound like BoP material to me. I don't hear Vine Street either. shrug.gif

I guess the band must lauch off their asses when they read our overanalysed reactions on a few seconds of new music in all kind of directions lol.gif guess that's what happens when you leave us 10 years without new music. Friday can't come soon enough.

Main concern is Zak Loy in the writing or recording process. He's just not Live at all, and I think he might be responsible for that muffled riff in the background. Looking for ECCP, Not ZECCP

I don’t agree about Zak I think he breathes a new lease of life into the band - especially with the older songs in concert too I really liked hearing a slightly different take on them.
