I don't know for sure, but sounds like when Ed was doing his solo stuff. I went to a show in Seattle where it was just him and a guy sitting on a box drum playing. He was the headliner for the Layne Stayley benifit concert on Aug 22, 2009

No way it comes from 2009, it's definitely from the early 90's, some time between the release of MJ and TC.
