That's how Live and thousands of rock band do it. Make the song perfect by performing before spending tons of money on a producer. You can sell more tickets to the diehard fans if they know an unheard new song will be played. It creates anticipation for the new album by playing new tracks in concert.

Eh. I don't think giving a heads-up to their fans is really that much to ask. Especially in this day and age where all it would take is a tweet or a message on their facebook or even here. Obviously they can do as they wish though. It's not like they have ever been particularly forthcoming to their fans. They're obviously comfortable enough in repeatedly disappointing diehard schmucks like us on fol.

As long as the music doesn't disappoint is all that's important.

At first, I thought you guys were joking.
Come on, two songs with the same number in the title. It feels a bit like not recognising their old songs. Just like when they announced Heaven and I was... ah no, Heaven wore a shirt was a special title, Heaven is just lame (but I like the song tough).
Unless... it is related to the 10.000 years song... but I'm guessing, it's not.
Anyway, excited and very interested to hear a new Ed-LIVE song for the first time in almost 10 years!

It is definitely not related to 10,000 years in any way. Not even close. tongue.gif I would say it's closer to Sublime or Bob Marley... lol.
