Well so far with about 5 minutes left game 1 has been amazing. The 3rd anyway.

Oil just scored to tie it at 4. After 'Canes scored 4 unanswered.

The new NHL is kicking some fuckin' ass

Theres not really any nationalism when it comes to the NHL. Most of the 'Canes are canadian too.

Also 'Canes in 5. Oil will take one at home thats about it.

I wouldn't underestimate the Oilers. When Sharks went up 2 games to zip on the Oilers, I thought Sharks would sweep the series. However, Sharks ended up losing the next 4 so wtf. In that series Sharks got some bad breaks, but really they couldn't get their shit together. I think Canes will win the series though. It's a great series to watch.

But remember they had Rollie then. Neither of the other two guys are nearly as good as him.

Ah, but tell that to those fans in Carolina. True about the players though. I still prefer to have Lord Stanley's Cup on US soil.

Edmonton wins 2-1 in OT
How about if they pull it off in two consecutive series?

In their last series, they lost the first 2 games and then won 4 in a row
