Just caught up on Facebook and saw Bill's post re CS. What a fucking set up. And if CCP are all in on this, I am fucking disgusted. I think I'm clearer now on where the nasty fucking shit came from after the split from Ed.

Was this posted as a status or in reply to someone who questioned what happened to CS? Just curious, as it would definitely affect the perception of his intent and the message you are trying to convene.

This is why. And it's actually been explained this way twice in this thread like this by two different people.

So instead, they should basically bring back Ed but still continue to sell the album with the guy who replaced him? How's Ed supposed to feel about that. It'd be like you were dating a girl, you broke up, you dated another girl, you dump the second girl to get back with the first girl, but you leave up a picture of the second girl. Good luck explaining to the first girl that its just up because its "part of your history".

They're focusing on reconnecting with Ed, and I totally understand the move.

To equate not selling The Turn at this moment with "erasing it from their history", that's a bit dramatic.

Again, why is that so difficult to get? And no, it's not disrespectful to CCP or producer. That's grasping at straws and you know it.

The girlfriend analogy doesn't work. We have been over that already as well.

And I get they want to focus on reconnecting with Ed, but why does that have to include removing damn near any trace of The Turn? Is Ed not secure enough in who he is that he needs to get rid of it? Does he not think they can make a better album? Or is he afraid what people will say if their next album is shit?

And how is it not disrespectful to CCP and Harrison? They worked hard on it. Long hours. Long tours. Is it only Ed's feelings we should be worrying about? Screw CCP and their hard work and screw Harrison too? Let's make sure Ed isn't upset! Funny what the focus is for the reunion crowd. It isn't a Live focus. It is an Ed focus.

I don't think it matters either way. Looks to me like they had to set the scene. From the sounds of it, Bill has been thru enough bad business deals and thinks he's canny enough to fend off any possibility of legal action by Chris with this pathetic method.

Other than the language being a little crude (unprofessional IMO), you are making a bigger deal out of it because as alexou stated, what he said (in "most regards") is truth. Yeah, it's like, nobody posting here has a clue who specifically decided to remove "The Turn" related stuff. So some just say Ed is solely behind it because it fits their agenda.
