Not sure what else you want. I have admitted that I shouldn't have said those things that I said YEARS ago and apologized for them. Nothing more I can do. The person who they were said about has forgiven me and that's all I really care about.

I wonder if this is part of the compromise. Ed comes back and CCP can retain control, do things their way but Ed has to be silently exonorated of wrong doings...it's give and take. Who knows since now even our sources closest to the situation who claim 100% truthfulness and accuracy don't even know what's going on.

This is assuming that what Bill is saying is even true. Which I don't honestly believe it. More than likely Ed is still shady as fuck and everyone was justified in what they said/did and it's only now because Ed comes back because $$ that the retconning of the past is happening.

IF Bill is telling the truth, then all of us who went to WD were mislead but from a source we trusted. Bill bragged enough about his closeness to the situation so I'm not sure I even buy him being mislead by CCP given how close he is. So CCP handled it so utterly incompetently that they did all the did and said all the said without proof. It doesn't explain Ed apparently avoiding them, giving dodgy interviews etc. But yeah sure, IF it is true, then we were fooled. But apparently that doesn't matter to Bill/CCP that they were giving loyal fans who followed and supported them wrong information for years and then "lol whoops nah". Although the move to WD was not all because of Ed's shadiness. We all supported and loved Chris in his role. But it wasn't about making judgements based on CCP making better music. Word from close family and friends of the band who usually never get involved painted him that way. People i spoke to intimately close to the situation. Those were people who could have gone either way based on what the truth was. Ed was digging his own grave with the way he came across and handled it all. There were a lot of different sources and variables and they almost all painted Ed in a very bad light.

So IF Bill is right, we were duped and that is cause to be a bit annoyed.

I'm not a moderator though. Making threats and calling names sounds pretty negative to me. Why are you getting so defensive just cause we disagree on what's relevant to discuss? The breakup was the most talked about Live news of the decade. But now that there's a reunion, you want to moderate any further discussion of the breakup on the internet.

You keep saying Bill is trying to spin the story. But you have no idea. He might be telling the truth that he blindly followed CCP's opinion of the breakup, and that when CCP learned their mistakes, so did Bill. Who knows
