It's very possible he's had those pictures on his wall for several years and decided to take a picture in front of it. Or he moved offices and put them up behind his desk. Hopefully it's because he's managing Live again, but given his current roster it wouldn't surprise me if being the former manager of Live is one of his biggest claims to fame. In fact it'd be shocking to me if he didn't have any Live memorabilia up on his office walls.

I looked at who he manages and Live and Tricky were his only artists i recognized.

I think we need to temper our hopes and expectations to avoid a severe let-down. With each passing day it seems less and less likely of a reunion.

Yeah totally. It's one thing to do the whole Radiohead thing where they disappeared for DAYS not months. With Live it's looking bad... unless they're trying to do a kind of "in the 90's the fans would have had no idea what we're doing" thing which is just bad marketing nowadays.

Anyhow, I'm starting to think that we've witness the end of Live.

Understand the doubts, but two questions that are just weird and lingering:

1) What/With Who/Why (Okay 3-in-1 question) is Chad T. practicing?
2) Where did Ed go? He's never just disappeared for no reason at all ... especially when he was doing quite well for himself. I mean not 90's well, but he still packs houses.

I believe they have every intention of giving it another run. Hopefully, whatever terms they need to work out, they do. The 25th Anniversary of Live is Dec. 31, 2016, we should hear something soon either way.

Ed toured pretty hard with Throwing Copper for basically 2 years straight. He definitely needed a break. I can't see him not returning to the road in 2017, whether solo or with Live.

A Live reunion equals money, but money is usually a major holdup when it comes to reunions.

My question is, if they are done, why not just say so? Why all of the mystery surrounding it? It's annoying. Why not just answer all of the fans that were posting on their page about whether or not a reunion is happening? If it's not and they are just quitting, then say so. At this point I'm starting to not even care. Just give me some Ed shows.

Marketing was never really a strong point through the years with this band.

This is exactly right. Generally speaking, nobody is clamoring for a Live reunion, with the exception of a couple hundred (if that) of us super fans. There is no reason to try to build excitement by being mysterious when 99.9999% of the music buying population doesn't care whatsoever.

Exactly. In fact, you would think at this point they would want to reward what ever fans they have left rather than annoy them.
