25th Anniversary of Live=Reunion, My Prediction Options

Mental Jewelry was released in 1991, I predict the original four will reunite in some form to commemorate the 25th of Live sometime this year. Whether it is for one show, a few shows, or a full tour is anyone's guess.

I have no inside information on the subject, I just feel with all the reunion chatter, it makes perfect sense.

If they are going to reunite for shows, the 25th Anniversary of the band is the time to do it. The fact that Chad Taylor said that yesterday's race is the kickoff to the Live's 25th celebration, to me, is very telling. Mentioning Ed instead of Chris is also extremely telling.

A 25th anniversary tour for Live could be a great thing, if we could all put aside our differences and enjoy some good music. It is nice to see this forum active again at the very least.

You are the person responsible for trying to get information from people like myself who detest your existence and try to ignore all the crap you orchestrated with the band and friends and family over the past several years. You don't want that information to get out believe me, other than what is perhaps still archived in this place.

The 25th is no better or worse than the 20th or 30th. The mention of Ed definitely raised an eyebrow, but that's far from definitive. He wasn't going to mention Chris when talking about 25 years of history, that would have made no sense.

I would love to see it. But the fact is, there is just about zero evidence it's going to occur other than forum posts with no factual basis.

If Live does in fact get back together for a show or shows, it makes sense to try to make peace within the fanbase. Life is too short to hold petty grudges, and if we get the chance to see Live perform again as a unit, it is a chance that we can't let slip by.

The tour, if it happens, should be a celebration of Live and the music. There is no room for petty BS that some of us have been guilty of during the course of the break-up years back.

If Chris was still in the band, mentioning Ed and not Chris would have been extremely disrespectful to Chris. Chris is part of Live's history the past five years, he would have absolutely been mentioned if he was still involved with Live.

There is no evidence, until shows are announced.

I always come back to the same thing. There's maybe 1,000 people in the world that care whether Live reunites. It they have plans and they are dropping hints to try to build up excitement, they are delusional about the size of their fan base.

Agree that reunion or not, the hype for Live is almost 0 at the moment.

All signs are pointing for that reunion thing. If so, I would just like to know how it finished with Chris, because his contribution on the Turn and the shows between 2012-15 was essential to Live 2.0. Hope that woukd be a mutual type of seperation. Not very fond of that reunion tour if it happens. It's Throwing Copper tour for what, 3 years with Ed? And we woukd get that type of thing? Again? If the reunion happens, get all in a studio, record good shit and play it damn hard on stage. Only way I can maybe accept that thing.
