Major Changes to Live's Facebook and Twitter Pages Options

It's never going to happen. Those hoping for a reconciliation need to stop living in the past and in fantasy land.

Live's breakup was worse than married parents who had a miserable and dragged out divorce. They are not going to get back together and certain fans, children if you want continue the analogy, need to stop hoping they will get back together.

Just enjoy the memories and photographs and leave it be.

Chad posted a while back somewhere on social media that Ed had reached out asking him to support World Vision. Chad basically said that all beef between him and Ed aside, World Vision is a good thing, and Chad encouraged people to donate.

Do you know where this was? Would love to read the original post.

Faith No More were split up for 10 years before getting back together in 2009. True, unlike Live, their break up was amicable. They basically just said they weren't able to be creative enough to put out another good album. For the hell of it, I just Googled what was being discussed about them reuniting in 2008/09...

We all know despite these things said, FNM reunited and have released new stuff. Lots of parallels here. I just don't know why it's so hard for a few to accept there's a great chance Ed will be back.

Not just Shinn, it seems all band members are no longer listed on FB or Twitter. I doubt that means Live are dropping Shinn and picking up Ed. Shinn is still pictured and named everywhere else. Thebandlive.com is probably being made because it is a more recognizable brand than freaks4live. That's probably a much more common google search term for the band. Ed says hes making solo album 3. Live say they're making new music sometime.

It's the assuming that Shinn leaving means a reunion is com g that's making me laugh. Clearly they could have decided not to go forward and as of yet not replaced him, or he could have quit. No evidence whatsoever of a reunion that I've seen.

The rumors are being started by the same old Ed apologists. I've said it before and I'll say it again. A reunion is not going to happen nor should it.

Ed also said that they are taking baby steps to a reconciliation a couple months back. Now we see evidence of a new website domain, and Chris Shinn no longer being mentioned with Live. Live's FB in 2016 has been all about Live memories featuring Ed as well. To me, something is up.

There is a ton of memories on FB lately, but Shinn is still listed as Live's singer everywhere else. Nobody is mentioned, not CCP, on FB. I don't see him being kicked out just yet. Shinn was making music with another group recently. But CCP and Shinn were dabbling in their studio later half of 2015 and said they were recording. There are always lulls between albums so I don't expect to see much new stuff online with Shinn and Live right now. New domain name is probably for the best regardless of singer.

No offense, but 90% of threads about the band right now on both Live boards are fan speculation. For instance, you started a thread that Sirens Call would be the second single off The Turn. That would be cool but pretty sure we're all still waiting for that to happen. "Rumor Has It" I guess

Thank you, Hoodstock, for pointing out the majority of posts are speculation. - These days it's not like we have many Live facts to talk about.

To the other posters, go ahead and call the speculations rumors if you wish. But I look at rumors as as intentionally false, obnoxious, and mean.--That is trolling, my friends. Oh well, at least it's more lively in here now.
