Things I learned:

-Chad Taylor is the front man of Live. He basically told Chris Shinn to shush 3-4 times in the interview.

-Shinn has long fingernails and weird nail polish

-Live is in no hurry to release another album

-Shinn is a bit sensitive when people bring up Ed, while Chad is trying to do damage control over what was said over the past 5 years.

looks like the anti Live warzone crew are at it again.

It's nice to see some people not flinch and fib while on faceculture. Certainly good interview with some distance from the hiatus time frame. Very much needed response to the song writing, sound, music art making from CT. I agree listening to The Turn is all you need to know about the song structures and sonic signature. Lyrics, yea, Ed wrote and they were great for the most part up to the turn to soft singer songwriter bliss.

CT wears his heart on sleeve and certainly seems healed from his utter heartbreak from his lifelong pal Ed. You know if they're not speaking anymore most all of the things which were accused must certainly were factual.

But mother hen and the sjn guy are the bees knees here.

I remember hearing Shinn has the nailpolish due to his 6310 injuries. maybe its fashion, but shit you people are killer....

You 2 Live haters really took 30 minutes to watch this? That says it all...

Great interview. Shows that it's been 5 years since the hiatus/breakup. Less tensions, at least in front of a camera.

The third part is the most interesting and Taylor is right. We know when he is in the doosition credits by the sound of a song and its more rockier side. Just says how much he was shut down in the last records.

yes shutdown to the point of CCP were in a tough bind. Not rock the boat, Ed's fragile overinflated sense of self and raise families. The music was awful on last 3 sans the few songs Ed let the 3 guys collaborate, but that is all over now.

We have the Turn to rescue many from the unhappy ending and either close the LIVE chapter or find a nother new groove. And Ed's fans get his way of the world too, as it suits them fine.

Record just came out and touring is just beginning. They will make another record but in their own time and when the time is right.

I don't think Shinn is all that sensitive to hearing Ed. I'm sure the band debriefed the situation and Shinn is emotionally prepared to respond. I think Live has historically been full of shit in interviews, and I think Ed and Chad have the art of bullshit mastered. Chris seems to stutter and not be smooth, and seem flustered because he's trying to bullshit even though hes not the bullshitting type.

But I do agree that Chad's kind of babysitting Shinn through these interviews. Ed used to do all the interviews like a pro while Chad kicked back and was less involved. Chad definitely wants recognition now and wants to be the mouthpiece.
