I was driving with one of my employees to the site of our new offices in Lancaster today when "The Way Around Is Through" came on 105.7. First time I'd heard it on the radio, pretty cool.

My employee asked, "Is this the new Nickelback or the new Daughtry?"

I laughed and told him it was Live with a new lead singer. He then asked what someone else on here asked a while back... "Why did they distort the bridge so the new guy kind of sounds like the old guy??"

All I could do was laugh again. bounce.gif

Your employee is deaf if he/she thinks CS sounds like CK. smile.gif

I haven't heard TWAIT here in The Netherland, not even on 3FM, the station who was very into Live back in the day with Ed.

Nickelback and Daughtry exemplify everything I don't want Live to be. I don't hear the similarity, but that's hilarious nonetheless.

Your friend / employee is very smart and hears very well.
Not deaf like other rude people would call it.
He isn't the only one that hears it. Trust me.

But cool, on the radio eh? Won't hear it again ever i bet. lol.gif
