Agree.. Heard a lot of Perry Farrell in the "It's mine!" before the solo kicks in. Can't stand that fella's voice so hoping this is the only track I get that vibe from.

I do like this song, mostly the start and end, overall its decent. But in saying that in some respects it is the opposite to a throwing copper style song, in the sense that on throwing copper the songs climaxed at the chorus, whereas in the way around is through they let the foot off the gas as soon as they hit it.
I don't personally think the chorus is terrible as such, just not right for this song
