There is nothing too fancy about the cover or the DVD menus (static with audio), but I wanted to get this out to you all before I forgot about it again

Some extra notes: I'm not sure what the origin of this video is. Dangum had problems with the original file. Although it is sourced from a televised German concert, the video, as far as I could determine, looked tape-sourced and NTSC. I tried a lot of scripts to see if it was film sourced (23.976 fps) or blended from 25 to 29.97, but everything I tried in avisynth was wrong. As far as I can tell, this was recorded to 29.97 video (may have aired as 25 though). I think I've cleaned it up as best as possible.
