Yes it was on FB, but it shouldn't have been, hence the removal. It belongs at the proper domain. You didn't think to ask us did you? No, again, why would decency enter into the picture when it comes to this Troll site. And this is why things are so.

That being said, even though it's technically wrong for Dangum to do so, it shouldn't be a big deal. In this day and age when you post something you should expect it to get ripped, it's certainly a form of flattery if someone values what you've posted enough to go through the hassle.

It was on youtube. A link on Facebook doesn't overwrite youtubes terms, nor does Fair use come in play here. There are no reasonable arguments for claiming that it was legally justified to rip the video.

If the link to the video on Facebook was directed from Youtube then redistribution of the video is not allowed without consent. Still, it's super cunty to have a video posted on Youtube and Facebook and then complain when it gets posted on a fansite.
