Having said that; they sounded good i dont see how anyone could say top was terrible? Chris really needs to learn the lyrics BEFORE he performs the songs tho & it looked as tho Pat D was looking down at notes too...

Woopie, fact is, he had them there....so did shinn. Sound was off. Only a 3rd of fans. I say they sounded terrible because they did. He sings really strange and wierd making the songs sound odd..

I have never talked about the venues Ed is playing in. Wish he can do well actually and can't say anything wrong....he tours and releases music. I even said that the version of POD he dis recently was enjoyable...just wish he can release songs that can grap me....else that Grace it didn't happen.

I don't see how anyone can listen to the video of "Stage" posted by Dan and think that Ed and his backing band can recreate that song. CS can do a cover of 1994 Ed better than 2013 Ed can. I'm not a huge fan of Chris's attempts at Lightning Crashes but then again, I'm not a fan of the way Ed currently does it either. So what does it matter? No one does it like Ed did 95'.

Not as a draw. Live with its original members draws the biggest crowds. Ed found that out in 2010, CCP found out in 2013.

The four should reunite as Live, and keep their side projects as well. Best of all worlds.

2014 is ripe for a Throwing Copper nostalgia tour. They don't have to create new material to tour(last I checked new Live has been touring on old material since they resurfaced in 2012). They could release a Live version of Throwing Copper along with a new studio recording of Hold Me Up and another b-side(even though I shouldn't give people ideas).

If CCP tour as Live and don't draw well, they effectively will kill off their one successful brand. They would be better off letting Chris Shinn join The Gracious Few and cover some Live tunes in concert.
