On Facebook he said he wrote 90% of Live. He said in another interview he wrote 70% of TC. We know Chad wrote the riff for Lakini's juice. Even by Ed's standards, that isn't next to nothing. Plus, Ed's songs, and the band, probably wouldn't have become huge if not for CCP. They were still a vital component, especially to the live act.

In the face couture interviews he kept going on about how much Jamie and Peter Buck were involved in his new record. We like to credit the core music writing and not credit everything between the acoustic guitar and what the finalized track actually sounds like. Ed, certainly, isn't responsible for all of that.
