Ed Kowalczyk (Ed K) and just to go on record to clear up any confusion - every single lyric, lyrical melody and 90% of the music of "Live" was written by me. The others had next to zero involvement in the creative output of the band. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar and knows it. Peace

90%? Really? Hard to be neutral when you hear some comments like these! Never Ed is 90% of the first 4 records...and even less the 3 firsts! After that he shut the other guys down. Happy it stays clear that this individual will not be with the band for a good while, hopefully never! The bass and the drums on Mental Jewelry are worth 40% of it alone, no matter the melodies or lyrics. Without that your band Nick would have never been known.

Ed was the chief songwriter for Live and always did the bulk of the songwriting for the band. For better or worse, it was always Ed.

CCP still get 50%+ of Live royalties right? Makes Ed's words empty luckily. He can cry all he wants but CCP get to keep the Live name and keep making money.
