I firmly believe that Live with Ed could have toured solo and outdrawn Summerland.

Well, since Ed left the three other members to go in a new direction that is no longer possible. You should let him know how disappointed you are in him for his decision next time you go to his show.

Actually Gracey recently posted on FB that Ed wanted to come back(and they almost reunited), but they wanted an apology first......drama, drama.

What they really wanted was a lead singer they could control and milk for his fortune. Chad Taylor also wanted to be the frontman for Live, and without Ed he finally could get his wish.

Well Nick this is real life. Not WWE fantasy land.

Ed stole from the band and owes them an apology. Otherwise why would they bother with him? He's a thief and liar. You don't do business with someone like that.

They took him to court and got squat. Case closed.

Yes because we all know everything gets settled properly in court. facepalm.gif

Stop living under a rock Nick. Ed stole from his friends and they are trouble forgiving him for that. Why can't you just accept that?

You're perception is so obtuse!

I would say what they really wanted was a lead singer that they were on the same page with musically and personally, and Ed was on his own planet.

I just did. His performance is very by the numbers and dull. He also forgot the lyrics at one point. Chad Taylor's background vocals are horrendous to boot. (Check out Chad's vocals at about the 2:07 mark.....they'll make you cringe).

I know, dude.. I know. But honestly, he has balls.
I'd still rather have that than hear The River and others like it at a show.

The River is a god awful song. It's too bad I can't burn it from my audio memory.
