Any news on an Australian release & distribution?

I am pleased as well by the choice of "seven" as lead single - its an epic song acoustically so hopefully if not overproduced it will be a harder-edged single the first then we have seen from Ed since..... ......probably The Dolphin's Cry...and thats 15 long years.

Call me old fashioned but i do prefer the days of actually wondering about where album artwork came from and/or how it related to the subject matter on the CD - i certainly hope this "glamor shot" is not the artwork for "the flood & mercy". Although the picture itself is not bad...Ed's not overly recognizable anyway to most people so why would he plaster himself on the FRONT of His album??

Surely he knows some independent artists who would be willing to design or create some actual "artwork" for His CD.

I haven't been following it closely. My understanding is there is some sort of settlement but nobody knows what the terms are. Is there a settlement agreement floating around? If there is I would be happy to analyze it.

I suspect, however, there is not and we don't know the terms. Suffice to say, no party ever gets everything they wanted in a settlement.

EDITED to add it feels weird to be asked for legal advice after I made a crack about Ed's album cover, I clearly have little credibility lol. But I am happy to do it if there is an agreement. I suspect if there is, none of us have seen it.
