Lightning Crashes looks fresh? The audience is singing Ed's lyrics, while Chris basically stands there. Shinn has no vocal range, and only sounds passable when the guitars are covering his vocals. He also lacks the stage presence of a frontman.

I don't think I'm being hard on Shinn, I'm just honestly giving my opinion on him as a frontman.

The purpose of this thread was to discuss the lawsuit. The past few pages are completely off topic. I am closing this thread. If anybody has any new lawsuit information (doubtful since they've settled) send me a PM and I'll re-open this thread.
