[FLAC] 1997-05-08 Melbourne, Australia (Triple J broadcast), new source from dangum Options

This is the same show as linked and discussed HERE, however it is a different broadcast. It is obviously not a complete show, and the tracklisting is slightly different in the other source (This broadcast has Selling The Drama instead of Freaks). It would be great to get a complete setlist. I did some digging around but couldn't find one. It is soundboard.

Dangum provided me with this tape last year to transfer. The show was recorded to cassette from a Triple J radio broadcast.

After transferring, I did some very minor noise reduction using SoundSoap to get rid of some of the tape hiss. I also applied some minor equalization. The fidelity isn't great on the recording (it is from a 15 year old cassette tape). I'm going to try to retransfer on some high-grade equipment when I get the chance, but for now, here is the show. I also whipped up some quick cover art.

Setlist:

This differs from the other broadcast in that:

• one of the songs has been replaced (Selling The Drama appears instead of Freaks)
• There is extra audio (audience chatter) at the beginning of the show
• Triple J announcer at beginning and end

no problem, fellas. Anyone listen yet? Curious what you think of this source, as far as quality and content. I really wish we could get the full setlist to figure out how much has been broadcast.
