Good for them, but he does tend to over-hype things.

Most of the rest of the building is slated to become the headquarters for a technology company that Think Loud CEO Bill Hynes once compared to the caliber of companies like Apple and Google.

Chad's telling a story about when Live met Nirvana and watched the debut of Operation Spirit on 120 Minutes together at a dodgy hotel in San Francisco.

He also spoke about how technology is helping the poor in Africa to find a better life. His wife Lisa has set up a Yoga foundation in Kenya which helps the poorest to live a healthier life and make a better financial life for themselves.

Actually they said no date on new Live album, but songs are done. Tour mid-june to mid-august.
