It is happening now or ended earlier today - it is 4:14 NY time. But we probably won't know details. In any litigation, settlement discussions or mediation do not become publicly available because confidentiality and frank position-taking fosters productive discussion toward resolution and the admissions and presentation of the positions cannot and should not prejudice either side's case if it eventually goes to trial. I think it is safe to go to bed.
