Spot on! Nothing will match the original not sure why they ever remade that song the original has a magic about it that nothing could beat.

I doubt they were trying to "outdo" or beat it or anything, personally I don't think any of the rerecords were as good as the originals (although I do LOVE the I Alone and STD versions). But they were more just freebies, the guys were obviously jamming those out with Chris to get a feel of things, they happened pretty early on in the piece, all things considered.

Several reasons; it Just looks right to me - it can't be confused with live (e.g. I am living) as an old friend of mine used to say, it's closer to the traditional LiVe typeset and finally doesn't have to be LIVE all caps like I am some kind of caps lock maniac... nervous.gif

That would have been really hard for them to obtain the rights to use that song... I was excited to hear that they did but dismayed to hear that hoodie was mistaken.

On the argument of which is better, it is clear that Ed's version on TC is superior. He was just on that day nod.gif Still, the other 3 songs we were given are about equal with the originals.

It is worth pointing out that Ed is not Ed of the TC era. His current version of LC is soft and his voice has no edge.

So basically:

TC Ed LC > Shinn LC
Current Ed LC < Shinn LC
