I think you just want to argue. Admit it, without me to rail against, you're a bit bored.

So long as you just keep pushing factually incorrect statements then people will always argue with them because its a topic people feel strongly about. You have no idea what you are talking about.. You don't see a problem with Ed using the image, but that doesn't mean there isn't a problem.
Should Ed be able to do whatever he wants with recordings he made with Live owned by other record companies? No, he doesn't own them. Should it be that way? Who knows, but it is, same as this.

You just come out with this shit but NEVER back it up. Tell us where, backed up, you believe Ed didn't do anything wrong here, not your opinion but fact that supports your opinion. I'm more inclined to believe Jimmy, the professional photographer here who is DIRECTLY involved and has much more chance of know the legalities surrounding the situation due to the nature of his work than you do.

If Jimmy feels so strongly about this issue, maybe he should get a lawyer and try to do something about it.

Did Ed sign a release allowing you to copyright his image(without him having access to it?)

You really don't get it do you? Let me answer you with a question. Are you trying to tell me anyone who's ever taken a photo of an artist they don't own that copyright? Don't be stupid Nick. So basically a person like Bono owns every right to every photo taken of him? How about Obama? Every photo taken of Obama he has a right to use it? I think not. There's a reason why photographers imbed their copyright into their raw files and EXIF data. Ask any concert photographer. I also signed NO release form relinquishing any copyright over to artist. If you ever photograph any bands you'll see these forms I'm talking about. So really do your homework before posting your guesswork.

Thanks for the suggestion Nick. I don't lie when I said earlier that it's been talked about. Thanks for caring. I also feel strongly the use of people's copyrighted work against their consent could be compared to stealing.. But then we all know Ed stole from his friends so what's another photo .. It's no big deal. He screwed his friends and at the end of the day the law will be sure to make sure the guys get their damages and check.

Okay then maybe I stand corrected. So are you going to lawyer up and try to make thousands from it?

This is why you're a pariah, even friends of Ed think you're a fool and a trouble maker.

Good luck collecting, that's not what he's talking about.

BTW, Ed will have to pay dearly.

Maybe you should sue CCP for stealing money from you, Questionable Entertainment investor.
